Thomas Bernard Jarboe, 49, 1151 S. Columbia St., died at 10 p.m. Monday at Clinton County Hopsital after being in failing healthe for 12 years. Well known as a fuurniture upholsterer, Mr. Jarboe had been a resident of Frankfort since 1937. He had been associated with USCHO for 15 years and later with the Wood Specialty (Krafco) Products. He was born February 15, 1915, in Perry County, to Thomas and Emma Seibert Jarboe, and on September 12, 1936, he was married to the former Clara Owen. His father, of Tell City, and his widow survive. Mr. Jarboe was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frankfort. Other survivors include one son, Larry B. Jarboe of Frankfort; three grandchildren, Timothy Lee, James Edward and Andrew Eugene Jarboe, all at home; two aunts, Mrs. William Feix and Mrs. Beatrice Price of Tell City; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday from St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Muller officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. It was announced that friends may call after 7 o'clock tonight at the Goodwin Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
